We will focus on the skills you need to control and optimise key body performance, enabling cutting edge performance.
You will receive online programming and access to all our online content, to further your training.
We will also have an online session prior, and a follow up session after your intensive to ensure you're on track with your programming.

● And breathwork in dynamic settings
What You Will Learn
Read
You will learn how to optimise key body systems to regulate your stress response and supercharge your ability to execute under pressure. This includes:
● Mental skills development. Focus and unlock creativity in high stress, high pressure environments.
● Stress tolerance training. Improving your ability to work with agitation and leverage stress to your advantage.
● Optimising recovery. Improving your ability to shift into a calm, centered and focused state as a daily practice.
● Performance breathing, in order to improve your breathing capacity, endurance, recovery, power production and mental focus.
● Ironsand Training. A unique system of training that incorporates all of the integrated training pillars into a dynamic beach training session.
● Pool training. A challenging environment where every aspect of the training can be tested and applied.
● Decompression and Mobility. Optimise your muscular skeletal system to enhance strength & recovery.
● Contrast therapy. Learn the application for icebaths and sauna when it comes to mental skill development and improving your stress tolerance and control.
● Introducing sleep protocols to help you recover optimally.
● Mindset training. Improve your response to tough situations, thoughts, emotions and avoid overthinking.
Accommodation
Read
Our cottage, aptly named Pinecone Cottage, is about two minutes walk to Piha beach, where the majority of the training takes place. The cottage is private and is the perfect place for you to remain removed from the noise, relax and reflect.
The cottage is completely self sufficient and has everything you need, including a sauna, spa and plenty of storage for any gear you might bring with you.
You are welcome to find accommodation elsewhere in Piha, but the Cottage is included in the One Day Intensive pricing.
