The practical components of the workshop are more challenging and the mental components demand a deeper level of mental agility and focus. Participants will also need to have a medium to high level of physical fitness.

The workshop will be run at an incredible facility at Karekare beach, a 10 minute drive from Piha.

You will receive pre-workshop training and you will have targets to meet in order to make sure you turn up ready and get the most out of the day.

The group is smaller (12-14 people) allowing us to better focus on each individual and their requirements.
