1:1 VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON TRAINING
Our training includes a variety of targeted programmes and modules to guide your performance journey. Integrated Training is a system that optimises performance by targeting key body systems that strengthen your mental stability and physical performance.
Nervous system regulation. Balancing and strengthening the nervous system. Control your energy output and improve your ability to shift between energised and relaxed states. This is an integral factor in peak performance.
Mental skills development. Improve your ability to focus and be creative in high stress, high pressure environments. Identify subconscious patterns of behaviour that are detrimental to health and performance and using these to develop personalised mindset protocols.
Stress tolerance training. Improving your ability to work with agitation and leverage stress to your advantage.
Optimising recovery. Improving your ability to shift into a parasympathetic state. This is the division of your nervous system where all of your recovery takes place.
Performance breathing. A breathing programme that directly targets your respiratory system in order to improve your breathing capacity, endurance, recovery, power production and mental focus.
Strength and conditioning. We have leaders in the field of strength and conditioning who can identify problems and strengthen the muscular skeletal system and work to improve your strength through range of motion.
Ironsand Training. A unique system of training that incorporates all of the integrated training pillars into a dynamic beach training session.
We teach people the underlying mechanisms of stress, the skills and give them practical environments in which they can apply these skills. This is the key element of the effectiveness of our training.
The default is 1 Hour Sessions, but can be tailored to suit.

Our 1:1 trainings focus solely on you. We may bring in some of our other practitioners depending on your needs, but you will always be the single point of focus in these sessions.
